I loved this cozy fantasy ❤️ It was fun to be in such a fantasy world but with the mundane task of opening a cafe after a life of bounties and quests. It was a perfect balance of still having plot and conflict but generally pretty low stakes. I can wait to read more in the series!

Whilest it was a predictable story, I did enjoy the wholesome and postive vibe. Despite being predictable and a bit “by the numbers” I found it very enjoyable. Perfect for when you are too tired for a heavy and engaging book.
