Listened to the whole essay while staining a deck. Finally, finally got through the entire essay. So well done, and so much to learn from Woolf as a writer ... establishing one's essay voice, working with arguments and counterarguments, how to present one's reading of another text to an audience, etc. Plus, the argument itself is timeless and important (500 pounds! your own room!).

More and more, Woolf is one of my very favorite writers. I adore her.
