i’m really really glad i read this. i love virginia so much
I really, really tried to finish this one, but it was just so longwinded that in the end I decided that life was too short.
I think every woman in her 20’s should read this book, big thank you to my best friend who gifted me this book in anticipation of graduate school and to build “a room of my own” :,)

How do you rate a book like this? It’s a volume which is both immensely pleasurable to read (her sentences! her way of thought!) while also being paradigm shifting, and completely unique.
