I don’t want his name on these pretty lips,” I warn
her, leaning in. “I don’t want him anywhere near what’s mine.
“Remember when I took
you gliding and told you that I wanted to share the things I love with you?
You asked me what I loved most of all, and I didn’t have the courage to tell
you the truth.”
My heart begins to pound erratically, and he cups my face, our eyes
locked. “I love you, Raya. More than anything — more than flying, more
than breathing. I love you with every fiber of my being, with all I am, all
I’ll ever be.”

Lex is the CEO of the Windsor Motors and he is arranged married to Raya, the daughter of an old family friend of the Windsors who has a company close to bankruptcy. Lex wanted to know who his destiny is and went to meet her. He also applied to her college as her professor. They were actually doing good and the story is in the perfect pace but the 3rd act break up isn't it for me. The gun is too much. Lex has this obsession with safety of his family and trust to people. The thing is, it is established that he loves her through his actions but he doesn't trust her -- he put tracker on her wedding ring and tracks every move she does.

The last book is about Sierra and Xavier -- enemies to lovers, brothers (Dion) best friend, and something about real estate. Sierra is the only girl in the Windsors but all of her brothers knew that Xavier is inlove with their sister. Can't believe this series is coming to an end :(( so far my favourite would be the wrong bride. These brothers know how to spoil their woman, calling them 'his wife', and being protective of them. I love this seriess

My least favorite of the series. I loved Raya and Lex as characters, and I loved Raya's family, but I don't know, the story just felt old. I'm looking forward to Sierra's story and will still read that one - I have a feeling hers will be interesting in a new way. But at this point, the series feels stale and like it should end.

This was good! It was definitely better than the last one lol. I liked Raya and Lexington together. Raya is such a ray of sunshine. I loved her so much. I loved the k3g ref iykyk and I find it hard to believe that a non Indian person can learn to say a hindi tongue twister as fast as he did but okay lol. I loved the South Asian rep with Raya and her family as I usually do when I read books that have representation but what I really like was how the representation didn't feel forced. Some author sometimes try too hard when it comes to any type of rep. but this was good!

I loved seeing all of the characters from the previous books and it's starting to feel like one big found family between all of them because you see them all getting along with each other and it's a bit heartwarming especially because of the grandmother reveals.

As much as I liked this book for the most part the third act conflict was...something to say the least. I personally don't know how a person can move past what Lexington did to Raya but okay I guess. (There was no cheating) I know that this is a romance but, it's kind of crazy how she forgave him for everything he did. The ending was still cute though lol. I enjoyed this overall and can't wait for what will be the final book in the series.

This entire series is such a whirlwind. I hated the book before this one, was indifferent to the first book, but adored the second and third books. This one? I loved it much more than the one before it, but The Unwanted Marriage is still a favorite, as well as the Temporary Wife. For the most part, all the men in these series seem to be from the same cookie cutter mold, and while I loved their story, it was odd seeing the male perspective being mostly, entirely, sexual. There was a plot, but not a lot of it for me to enjoy it as much. There were also various chapters that ended at weird places. Overall? Not my favorite, but not my least favorite.

It was so dry and boring. I put it down and never picked it back up because the story held no appeal.
