Everything was good until Lex fucked it up and he fucked up badly. Ugh... I didn't expected this from Lex, I know his distrust came from past issues but the way he sweet talked Raya I thought he will trust her but you can't expect MMC to be perfect. I learned my lesson. No matter what, read till the end then judge the characters. He was so good throughout the book but after that incident when he gives I was disappointed I needed more growling, begging and promises.

I loved the book. Specially the part where there is a Bollywood movie reference and where he buys and names a whole chain of shake after her. Ugh my heart was full of feels.🫶🏻
