This book offers quite a lot of good ideas as well as book and media recommendations--not only that, but it's well formatted and offers a lot of wiggle room and means of reaching out to the larger community. Many programs spoke out to me such as the steampunk jewelry activity as well as many of the writing ones (the writing ones were SUCH NaNoWriMo program fodder...can't wait to be using those!), and I was particularly intrigued by the programs involving video creating and editing.
Out of This World offers a solid selection of programming that's bound to attract all sorts of teens all the while providing education on how to use many tools and apps as well as understanding how media is created and disseminated. Overall, a great addition to my toolbox as a librarian!
