I really love this series but this book was not great. It didn't have the same magic and I don't know why. It felt tedious to read but because I like the series so much I didn't want to just give up. The ending was good but not good enough to make up for the boring read. What happened???

This book turned out to be tedious. Maybe it was because the setting was so strange (based on truth which shows it is stranger than fiction). Seemed forever to get to the end and then it got tied up so fast that one of the murders wasn't really explained. I might have to think twice about following a heroine who enjoys a daily diet of fish pie.
