this … was heartbreaking
i couldn’t put it down. the lack of quotation marks really works because it’s so dialogue heavy (which i love). i loved rosie and will. i loved will’s nan. i’m so sad. i loved the story, it felt so realistic and the characters felt so relatable. like i said i’m sad and now i must cry about it

This book was given to me so I decided to go in blind. I was expecting a light romantic novel but instead it was an intense and captivating read spanning years of 2 people’s lives. The character development was brilliantly done and I really enjoyed the slow moodiness of the whole thing. I really appreciate books with a lot of depth and humanity and this had that and then some. Really pleased I got chance to read it.
