It’s funny because when I read this book while high, I was like “wow 5 star read.” But then when I read a few chapters sober, I was like “eh, what’s up with this writing (

it was at the part where we met Becky’s family

)?” But then I got high and finished this book and I was like “wow perfection!” So idk if it’s really me being high or if the book just started to lag 75/80% in and then picked up again at 90% LOL. But also the lack of communication is starting to PMO.

3.75⭐️. Now this is a slow burn. Eating it up! I don’t love their internal monologue but it’s decent. Will be reading the next book in the series. A good cheesy fantasy cozy romance read!
