Mean girls bully a fellow classmate, Poppy, for years.
I don't know why Poppy didn't talk to her parents, or her teachers about the bullying. Communication and moving to a new school may have helped this? I kind of think the mean girls got what they deserved in the end, but I also wish that Poppy would have had a redemption arc while she was in school.
I saw the ending coming, and it was glorious! I'm glad that "they" got payback!

Not going to lie, this was quite a satisfying read. Considering most of the characters were utterly unlikeable on purpose, the writing kept this fun and moving at full tilt to the end. It even had a bit of a twist that I didn't expect at the end. Some of it was incredibly sad and I would make sure you're not triggered by self-harm if you read this. Otherwise, I am highly anticipating this author's next book. I want more!

I very much liked this popcorn thriller. It’s a book about revenge with characters are entirely unlikable and the dou timelines definitely set up the suspense. My issues with it are small. One there are so many POVs that it was hard for me to keep track. Also, I did guess some of the plot twists, but it didn’t ruin it for me.

4/5 ⭐ I figured out the plot twist really early, but I still enjoyed the execution. It was a fun read all in all, but I was thinking a little something extra for the end would make it perfect ☺️
