Update:

Finished. The end was marginally better than the beginning, but the ending was predictable and unsatisfying.

The writing was amateurish, forced, and there was no discernible difference between the voices of the characters.

It didn't even feel like a thriller because it felt so much like trashy reality TV. Very disappointed.

Throw 4 women with a range of terrible personalities onto a secluded island with the vengeful bride they used to bully, and see what happens! It doesn’t take a genius to see this is leading towards danger, but these girls went right ahead and went to this island as soon as they heard the words “free vacation” - no judgement here ladies, but let’s pay attention to the red flags. It took a few chapters to not feel completely confused, but the pacing was fast, the twists were seemingly endless, I could predict enough that I felt smart but no so much that I was bored - perfect for what I was in the mood for going into this book!

This book was a very quick read with a satisfying ending. Four friends get invited to a bachelorette party by someone they used to bully. They start to find out why and a lot of activities and events start to happen that ends in an exciting way!

I loved the development of the characters, even though it may have been fairly predictable. I will definitely be reading more books by the author in the future though!

Listened to this and I appreciate that there were different voices for each character. I think this book could have been 50 pages shorter.  The plot was decent and I liked the twists and turns but there was a lot of information that just did not need to be stated.  I found myself really wanting to get to the end at 85% because I was over it.
