I loved that this was a romance where the main characters were so flawed with real issues. Hearing the author’s backstory to the book made it even more touching.

A quick read that got me out of a slump!

Cute story and predictable, with quite a few cringey lines like..


My traitorous vagina was putting on war paint and blowing a Viking horn like it was about to go ransack Jacob's village.

This is an excellent romcom. I definitely love Dr. Jacob Maddox. Dr. Brianna got on my nerves a little bit though. I really enjoyed the storyline of the kidney donor and that they wrote letters back-and-forth. Is very sweet. It’s not super light hearted one but it’s a great romance novel. Not smutty enough for meeee.
