Very interesting book. As an educator the one question always remains where will I find the time to implement the ideas in this book. I also listened to it which I would not necessarily recommend. There are too many ideas that you would want the print book in front of you. It sparks your fire and encourages you to be better for sure.
I really liked Cultivating Genius, so I'm glad I got around to reading this finally. I wish I could implement so much from their works...maybe one day

Chapter 4 is the best, most useful chapter in this book.
Unfortunately much of the writing, particularly in chapter 3, delves into an argument of “do it this way because I’m right and it’s so common sense that if you disagree you’re wrong.”
The rest is ok. The ideas are solid for the most part. It just needs to be written with more real world examples and practicality. That being said, I’ve been working on this topic for years and am thinking about people just learning about it and how they could struggle.
