Loved this one just as much as the first. Everly is the type of friend you wish you had. She’s loyal, kind and giving. She gives hux a good run for his money and slowly starts to get him coming out of his shell. The story line was pretty good considering it’s one of those “fake marriages”
I just can’t stop with these books, I’m now onto the third because this one has me hooked.

I really enjoyed this book. This series so far has been super cute and in typical Devney Perry fashion super bingeable. I really like how we got a look into Everly in the first book and even with the teaser at the end into this fake marriage. I am really looking forward to continuing this series with book 3 soon!

C'était bien. Pas un coup de coeur, mais ça se lisait bien.

J'ai de la misère avec les livres avec des chapitres de 15-20 pages, ça enlève de la fluidité.

Mais l'histoire était bonne et me je suis attachée à Everly. Hux est passé vite de je l'aime pas à je suis éperdument amoureux & je trouve que Everly a eu le pardon facile à la fin. Mais sinon, c'était bon.

Marriage of convenience will always be my favorite. You can't go wrong with this trope. The angst. The pining. The revelation of "damn, i'm in love with my wife/husband" its all so wonderful. I eat it up every time.

I definitely enjoyed this book more than the first one. Everly and Hux were soooo amazing and their banter screams -- I loved it. I love that it went from being friends with benefits to married. The only thing I wish would've happened is that Everly made Hux grovel far more than he did. Then again, the man that he is I doubt I would've last as long as she did.
