i’m trying not to be mean because i would never want the author to see reviews and feel bad, and i really did try, but i just couldn’t with this book.
i didn’t like the characters at all. they both felt really cliche and outdated for some reason. i felt like i was reading a Wattpad novel. honestly if you’re into insta lovey, overbearing men, weak (and i feel so bad saying that but that’s how i perceived it) protagonists then you may like it. i didn’t enjoy it at all.

An enemies-to-lovers fake dating story that keeps you hooked. The characters have good banter, the chemistry works, and it’s the kind of book you can read in one sitting without realizing it. Nothing groundbreaking, but it delivers exactly what you want—romance, laughs, and a few “just kiss already” moments. Has plenty of spice!

This book was sweet, swoony and steamy in all the best combinations!

Nora is a people pleaser looking for love. West is her brother’s best friend, a grumpy billionaire tasked with keeping her safe from a stalker which leads to fake dating in public but very real dating practice in private.

There’s pining, there’s tension, and lots of alpha male bravado-what more could you ask for in a book?!?!

This was a surprisingly good read! I was incredibly bummed to find out that I can't binge the series right now because it hasn't been released yet.
I loved the found family set up and that we still have some unanswered questions (which ideally will lead to future books).
The stalking was surprisingly tense at times but thankfully it wasn't a large portion of the book.
