I don't usually enjoy "writers share their how to" writing guides. And this one isn't quite that. This one says something else. Something more. It almost feels like a spiritual guide for writers without being cheesy. This one happened to me at the right time.

I want to be a student of Colum McCann. This book is probably as close as I'll get, and it's one to read again and again. Highly recommended for frustrated writers/English majors, or AP Lit teachers and their students (there's much to learn about literary analysis here).

Get your arse in the chair and read this book. Then conquer the blank page.
