Loved it :) read the original English couple of weeks ago and liked it so much, I pre-ordered the German translation. The translator did an amazing job and captured Sophie Gonzales' writing beautifully, bringing it to a German speaking audience. I loved reading this in my native language and wished, this book was available when I was 17. I would've loved it then as much as I love it now. Highly recommend if you fancy a good rom-com reminiscentof early 2000's teen movies :)

I ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS!!! What a wholesome story. This gave me major classic 2000's teen movie  vibes, and I'm living for it! Highly recommend for a fun, fluffy read that will give you major throwback vibes.

So nice to see openly queer characters where it isn't presented as an issue for them or their families. I cried during the part when
the main character (a woman who likes women) brought up in the LGBTQIA school group her conflicted feelings about liking a boy, and how she worried she wouldn't be queer anymore or welcome in queer spaces. After one person told her she was worrying for nothing, other kids chimed in calling out the gaslighting and validated her feelings.  Explaining about internalized  bi-erasure, continually being questioned or told your straight now for liking a boy vs liking the same gender. The struggle is real and something I have dealt with my entire life to the point of me thinking I was heterosexual until past my 30th birthday.

definitely a book to read to get out of a reading slump. it was a very easy read and with that, of course with a predictable outcome. it was still a very cute book i just didn’t enjoy it so much for ME. if you’re looking for a book with bisexual representation or just a diverse book in general i would 100% recommend this one. it deals greatly with [internalized] biphobia. i just don’t think i enjoyed it as much because i do not consider myself as bisexual so i did not relate to the main character as others may.
