I'm still deciding if I want to read the sequel or not. It was a decent book and the ending makes me want to see what happens in the second book. But then again, the book was only decent. Will it be worth my time? *shrugs and walks off, leaving the decision for another time*

god it all went downhill the moment she went to iro .....it all became so... predictable? and the plotwist revealing zairena is actually bad but no wait actually the wolf is the real villain and rikama was good during all this time is. just that. a mess. a lot of telling and not showing....... i was also kinda disappointed on how the cranes ended up being so irrelevant like.....they're literally on the title and from the 60% on they have little to no importance to the story. anyways. liked the concept but the development kind of sucked for me :/
I adored this book from start to finish! Shiori is such a strong and lovable main character—brave, clever, and full of heart. It was so easy to root for her the whole way through. One of the best parts was the plot—there were twists I definitely didn’t see coming, which made it so hard to put down. I also really loved the bond between Shiori and her brothers—it added so much emotion and depth to the story.
