What a day Rowan had! I loveddddd the 24 hour concept. I found the romance book subplot a lil grating but otherwise adored this.

Update: re-read 2023 and I loved it even more. Definitely a solid 5-stars. This was a very cute and quick read; it took less than a day. At first I was worried the main character's heritage was simply for the sake of diversity but I was very happy with how central it ended up being to the romance between Rowan and Neil. I also liked how realistic I thought both characters were and their motivations made sense. I thought Rowan putting her foot in her mouth over and over was realistic as well. If you're looking for a nice, cute, slow burn, this is it.
