Overall really enjoyed this book. Wasn't crazy about the ending though. Really made me think about what I learned about the Holocaust in school and consider other perspectives. Would definitely recommend to someone who likes history fiction.

This book will haunt me for a long time, as only the best books can. Rimmer has fleshed out themes of integrity, sacrifice, betrayal, complicity, and forgiveness in a way I will not stop thinking about anytime soon.
