Im not sure what I should say about this book because whilst it was good it also infuriated me so much.
Firstly- feyre and rhysands characters= terrible now omg they had no depth to them
Secondly- yeah I can admit that nesta pissed me off frequently however she had a kinda slay arc so I’m not mad
Thirdly- the last section of the book was terrible because nesta‘s storyline was fantastic but it kept getting interrupted by cassians damn boring storyline
Overall- not terrible. I am anxiously awaiting the next book even if I know the new big bad evil is rlly boring

Wow this book was a bit of a rollercoaster. There was so much going on in this book as always. I loved the unraveling of even more connections of some of the creatures and the pasts of some of the characters that just make sense as they’re revealed.
The relationship between cassian and nesta forming too was just so well written. The only reason I didn’t give this a 5 star was due to their relationship unfolding. I mean I love a bit of smut but this was a whole new level

first of al, this thicc bitch was so good. listen i liked nesta from the beginning. i like how mean she is, i love her fire so much. i like cassian too, big macho muscle man that has a sense of humor. whats not to love? i'll tell you what is not to love- i HATE that they went right to sex and sexual thoughts. it made me so very sad. i loved rhysand and feyre because they were friends before anything. was there flirting? yes but not on the level nesta was on. i think she is a total badass and the series has taken a turn i was not expecting. the instant sex was the only thing i was not a fan of. when they went on that five day hike and then they got to the destination and she just sobbed.... knife to the mf chest man. i think the emotional growth was amazing.
i did know with my heart that feyre was going to live. i think it was a little anti-climatic on how nesta saved her. like how many times is this girl gonna die or almost die? but it was still really good and i loved the journey. i was not expecting the girls being apart of the blood rite. i was fully expecting for cassian to be under the crown control till the next book but plot twist! it was so cheesy that he broke out of it because of her, i needed more than that tbh. i am in love with azriel and he deserves everything good in this world. i am so scared he will end up like liam.
here are my predictions and questions that are killing me:
-i dont think nesta and cass will last, i think the mating bond can be broken and she will end up with eris.
-i think elaine is going to be apart of spring court and her mate will be tamlin. i think it is unfortunetly too obvious for her mate to be azriel.
-i also think elaine might have some tricks up her sleeve. there is no way she is as innocent as everyone thinks she is.
-mor is lowkey a villian. i have had a bad feeling about her since the end of the 2nd book. something is just off and she is not telling the full truth
-lucian is in love with the golden queen lady that turns into a bird
-azriels mate is already dead
-why is no one worried about abraxis? where tf is it?
-what is eris alluding to?
-what is going on between gwyn and azriel (back off my man)
i feel like i have more questions but cant think of them right now
