okay i used to love this book but after hearing about the racism and educating myself on how RR wrote park i can’t give it 5 stars any more.
Not as good as some of her other books. Still enjoyable though. Not what I hoped.
How have I never read Rainbow until now!!? Absolutely amazing book. You can find love anywhere.........

the end was not entirely satisfying for me
i lowkey feel like i was emotionally manipulated into liking this book, it’s a good thing i didn’t read it when i was fourteen bc i would’ve been too attached and it would’ve destroyed me, didn’t love that it was against r&j and then was lowkey r&j and eleanor was too similar to me it was kinda uncomfortable and i think i would’ve lost myself in her
