It was okay. I found it really repetitive. The spelling errors and the many noooooo! and the boooooom! They drive me nuts. I’ll read the sixth book, really only because I’m committed at this point.

guys, i just.....can't do this anymore.........

the only thing keeping me pushing through this series is how unbelievably hot warwick is and the utter fantasy that is every smutty XXX scene between warwick, brexley, and their shadow selves.

this book is a repeat of book 1, but worse, because there are more people we love at risk, and worse because we've already done this dog and pony show before. it's repetitive, redundant pain-for-the-sake-of-pain torture porn. all of the elements that were left shrouded in mystery over the entire series (relating to brexley and her .... special birth juice) are answered in the most off-putting, bizarre way possible. and this book is RIDDLED with quotes that made me physically cringe, but it does end on a relatively positive note...for this series, at least. -grimace-

the best part of this book is chapter 16. one of the hottest encounters i've ever read. so for that reason, i'll round up to 2 stars.
