I wanted to love it!

The pacing of this book was a bit off for me, but the real reason I gave it three stars instead four is the truly insufferable amount of Shakespeare. I didn’t even read this much Shakespeare when I was assigned it in high school English class, I did not want it n a leisure reading book.

Soft DNF 30% in (stopped updating the page number, skimmed a bit) - this one is for the drama kids and Shakespeare lovers and I don’t identify with either so for me this was hard to read… from the tiktoks and goodreads revies it does seem enjoyable with a lot of twists and dramatic love between the characters but idk… maybe dark academia is not for me
