This one was very different from the other 3, but I liked that about it! I liked the concept of self-discovery and growth. But, Christo, your obsession with anal, dude. Calm down hahahaha.
I’m not sure if it was the poor writing, the awkward sex scenes, the jumping timelines, or because the book was 3x longer than necessary, but I did not enjoy this.
Christopher is a spoiled, rich boy who gets made fun of once by his brothers and decides to quit everything for a year and go backpacking.
Hayden is a small town farm girl who got her heart broken once, shunned herself away, and fell for the “poor teacher.”
Both of these characters sucked, plainly put. Their on and off again relationship was dragging. The plot kept jumping weeks & months ahead at random, Eddie’s POV was thrown in there once, Hayden spoke to the reader once, it was all strange and poorly put together

This was the best book of the series. Finally, a brother who felt different from the rest. Does he suffer from severe entitled baby brother syndrome? Absolutely.
But at least he wasn't aggressively calling his partner a bitch on a regular basis.
It had a whopper of a third-act breakup that was done really well.

3.5…the first 60% of the book was ROUGH…all over the place, not her usual style of writing in the beginning, but the last 40% was worth suffering through more than half of the book to get there.

I preferred the Bonus and Mile High book 2, but loved the travel aspects and romance in this story. They are a sweet couple with a great friendship.
The relationship jeopardy felt forced and ending just felt a bit flat.
His brother Elliott already had his own farm house near London so why didn’t it occur to him to buy Hayden something similar until after they brake up?

Okay so I really like the premise of this book like the first half I was there for but then the further the plot the less I was into it. The ending just really dragged for me
This story was everything I except from a T.L. Swan book.
Funny, witty, serious, sexy and all about family and falling in love.
Christopher Miles is the youngest of his brothers.
He’s privileged, overindulged and sexy.
He’s only ever known the easy life. His parents worked long and hard to get where the family is.
So Christopher doesn’t know what hardship is because his parents were rich and successful while he was growing up.
He takes things for granted and is used to having his every wish and need catered to.
When his brothers make fun of him for it it gets him thinking.
The youngest Miles’ decides to backpack across Europe with very limited funds and work whatever job he finds for his necessities.
Hayden is a country girl through and through. She helps on her parents farm.
She loves the land, the sun and the animals.
Hayden is sweet, kind and loves wholeheartedly, she’s down to earth and takes everything with a carefree attitude and in stride.
She’s broken hearted a to get over her sadness she flies to Europe to backpack from country to country.
I loved both her and Christopher.
They are socially, economically and environmentally so vastly different.
So they can’t be compared to one another.
They are the product of the upbringing and each brings and adds different aspects to the world and the people around them.
While they were backpacking they were free spirited and so excited and easy going with whatever adventure they were thrown in.
There were hilarious fall out of my seat tears streaming down my face moments, sweet heartwarming times and alpha throw down situations that had me smiling from ear to ear.
Then real life came barreling in and reality was in their face.
At times how it was dealt with was not cool again because of how they were raised.
But when you truly love someone and they are your one that’s when you learned to give and take.
The growth and development of the characters especially Christopher was so good to see.
Learning to comprise and working to reach a point where both can have what brings joy to the other was worth what they went through.
Christopher and Hayden come from loving affectionate families never lacking in that way.
And understanding that family is what you make it to be was so inspiring and brought joy to my spirit.
I very much enjoyed this book.
