Atticus Finch is just... amazing. A very good book from a fantastic author. My only regret about this book is that Harper never wrote another novel.

Obviously a classic, it was a pretty slow read though. Actually ended up being a lot more interesting than I had anticipated, and used a lot of symbolic references and was overall a pretty decent book.

I haven't read this since High School, but I remember it being one of the few books I was forced to read that I actually enjoyed. I liked it this time around too.

Fantastic, beautifully written book. Can't believe I left it so long. Will revisit this story told from young Jean Louis who sees things through child's eyes in a time that lies thankfully behind us. Her father Atticus and brother Jem come alive through her voice in their sleepy town where bad things happen to good people. Boo's my hero.
