So they all can’t be winners. This mystery story about a woman killing all her best friend’s dates just because she drunkenly slept with her fiancé was obviously written by a man. Characters were 1 dimensional, not that good of a read.

Swiped was an interest mix of current dating and murder mystery. I thought the author kept suspense through out the story while also alluding to the true identity of the murderer. Crimes committed because of dating apps is very real, but written in this way made it more enjoyable than I imagined.
I didn’t feel like this story glamorized murder, but instead focused more on the main character, Gwen, and the relationships she had AND her actions along the way.
Is the killer who you’d expect? No. After finishing the book could you see them committing these acts now knowing what you know? Absolutely.

This was a fun one. The best book I’ve ever read? Maybe not. But it made me laugh and kept me entertained, and it had a twist I didn’t totally see coming. And props for pretty accurately portraying what the online dating world is like as a woman! lol. I thought it was well worth the read.
