Starting seventh grade, Tuva’s plans for a perfect year are derailed by her friends splitting into rival factions over romance, and she’s caught in the middle. As she navigates these challenges and her own feelings for a girl named Miriam, Tuva grapples with the complexities of growing up and finding her place.

This was such a sweet and endearing graphic novel. I loved how it was written in diary entries and how we see inside Tuva’s internal struggles. She was a very sweet girl and I loved her relationship with her dad!!

The friendship struggles, crushes, growing up… it is a universal experience. 🩷

I received this book from Netgalley/the publisher in exchange of an honest review.

I just couldn’t resist this fun looking book when I saw it on Netgalley. I was so curious because of the blurb and I loved the idea of a hand-lettered diary!

Super lecture ! J'ai trouvé cette BD très tendre et juste dans sa description des amitiés à l'adolescence. La relation entre l'héroïne et son père m'a beaucoup émue
