Not very strong writing (and maybe I'm just out of practice reading celebrity memoirs) but she has had an interesting journey. Definitely fascinating origins, and I'm sure competing 5 times really makes a therapy bill worth it. Not too impactful for me, but I do think there were a lot of good lessons for (white) women about empowering yourself in your relationships, allowing yourself to grieve, etc.

This book has everything, but it especially has a thoughtful and thoroughly human author that pains a beautiful picture on how we can improve ourselves as people. Also I have soooo much tv to catch up on now!
