I listened to the audiobook and loved it. I love Parvati and it was really fun to hear about her life. I feel like she wrote I a way that I could really relate to her and some of her life experiences.

The arc was nice and the ending was an inspiring account of how healing helps your nervous system - I think I wanted more drama and more survivor experience but that was clearly not the intention of the memoir

wish there was more abt survivor in here but i understand that cbs cut that not parv so still 5 stars

This book was seriously so powerful. Always been a fan of Parvati and after reading her memoir, I fell in love with her all over again. The stories she tells are beautiful told. Little life lessons that she’s had to learn was so powerful and impactful. There are some things from this memoir that will stick with me for the rest of my life.

It was essentially what I expected. I was hopeful to learn more about Parv, but it reflected a lot of what she’s already talked about on social media. But honestly I love Parv and she slays.
