The relationships, platonic, familial, and romantic, were all lovely and I especially loved how our two heroines interacted.

That said, I feel like the pacing was very strange. The parts that take place in the present feel like they involve little else other than Larissa being confused and in denial. That's a fun emotion to read about for me for sure, but it did get a bit frustrating. The way Larissa misinterprets Jasmine's signs of attraction is a good way to show her flaws but also makes me want to shake some sense into her.

cute bi story<3 it did pretty well with different bits of rep, and the romance was decent. and having  the mc’s workplace at Books & Beans?? amazing, love it.

however.

a) the writing style. i dislike it, it seemed cringy to me in places and was overall kinda off, but it wasn’t horrible.

b) i disliked jasmine, her toxic behaviors were not solved by the ending in my opinion
