A decent short story. A little predictable at some parts but the reveal was good and entertaining. Can't really say at much without spoiling anything but its worth a read.

3.5/5 stars!

Alfie & The Dead Girls is a disturbing short story about the dangers of the internet, stranger danger and a few other things.

Emma's first day at her new school didn't go as well as she had hoped. She got there okay and made it to class, but Alfie, a boy she met on the internet didn't show up. Disappointed Emma gets through the day and during her walk home a man pulls up in his car and tells her Alfie had a stomach ache. Who is this man and what is his purpose exactly? Will Emma ever get to meet Alfie? You'll have to read this to find out!

I enjoyed this tale, short though it was, but there were some editing errors that got to me. Even reading the final edit version there were some punctuation errors that bothered me. That aside, I liked the story and even might have enjoyed learning more about Emily and her family.

I'll keep my eye on this author because I have a feeling that as he grows as a writer, he will provide some great stories for us in the future!

This short story has some terrifying elements but the scariest, for me, is the huge possibility that it could become a reality. I highly recommend it and hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
