Without Mercy is the second book in the Babylon MC series and the story between Ayda and Drew continues.
She becomes Drew's old lady and it's not an easy job because not everyone likes her, especially the other women and they always try to get to her but as she is the strongest female character that I read in a while she won't even give them a change and doesn't take a crap from no one.
As always Drew is still the one that has to battle with his thoughts and emotions and when they think everything is going well and they are safe for any danger, they fund themselves in a war where the enemies are not the regular ones and again they have to do anything to keep the MC and her safe and he won't stop at nothing especially for her.
Ayda is really thinking that maybe she is failing in giving her brother the life that she wanted for him before knowing Drew, to study and go to Uni as Tate is taken under one of the Brothers wing.
There is so much going on between Drew and Ayda, how he tries to protect her because even if he still doesn't totally accept that he loves her more than anything , he want to protect her and in order to do that he has to do thing that will led to loose her ,it's a battle of trust and acceptance with all the bad and good things that comes from living a life like his and I had to stop reading at times because it was to much and I just didn't know if things will have a wright way to wrap around everything so they can still have their love and life together ,but the authors have done an amazing job and unexpected I may say .
I am heading off to the next book because I am so hooked in their story like I haven't been I a long time.

What can I say about book 2 in this series, I'm honestly lost for words (which is rare), it ripped my heart out and then put it back without mercy!

This book is so much more intense than the first but it also has more emotion too. In this book you get to see more of who Drew is and was, as a man, a leader and now a lover, learn about his past, his mistakes, and his regrets and how he is changing for the better all because of the love of Ayda.

Everything is going great for Drew and Ayda, they are settling into life together and even go on a date night.......when all hell breaks loose and they are fighting for their lives, both protecting the other.

There aren't many books that make me feel as well as read but this series it has me feeling like I'm in the Hut, living it with them, the secondary characters are perfect, just the right amount of each of them to add to the tension and fun in places, you know they would die for the Club and even when they have their differences they are still there for their brothers.

I love both of these authors works separately, but together WOW they are out of this world fantastic!

Starts straight of where Consequences finished so book one is a must read. Ayda had a sense of belonging, and family with the MC, and each day her and Drew were getting closer together, learning about each other. Drew and Ayda go from strength to strength, Ayda knows he loves her even if he struggles with the words.
Everyone is getting along better than before with Ayda and Tate being accepted as family, but they have their struggles. Ayda is worried about whether see is doing the right thing with Tate, and Drew is trying to deal with everything that is going on with the club, the war they know is coming and that he doesn’t think Ayda won’t survive in the club world and tries to push her away, as always Ayda decides to push him right back.

After reading Without Consequence I couldn't wait to get stuck into this one. This starts right where the last book finished, so it was pretty easy to get into. The whole club are getting used to the full time presence of Ayda and Tate, and everybody seems to be warming to each other. But at the same time, the war between the HoB and the Emps is getting a whole lot worse.

As much as I loved Drew in book 1, I loved to hate him for a lot of this story and I could have smacked him upside the head throughout most of this! Saying that, this new way of life was a big change for both him *and* Ayda so I could understand from both POV.

Throughout the first three quarters of the story, I often wondered when the real shit was about to go down; though the authors do a great job of building up to it as I could feel that it was really going to blow up. And when it did, holy hell.

This was one of those books that's a real rollercoaster of emotions - I did everything from laughing to gasping to shouting to getting teary emotional. The writing of these authors is fantastic; so smoothly written that if I didn't know better I would think it was just the one.

I can't wait to get stuck into book #3!
