Wow. I really enjoyed this one. I related so much to the author's anxieties and observations. And the humour throughout the book was pretty good. Some of the anecdotes are so heartbreaking, I had to take a while to go back to the book even though chapters are really short.
While it made an impact on me, I personally didn't care for some of the earlier chapters and struggled to get through them.

So tender, funny, and poignant. Succession and Veep are two of the best-written shows in my opinion with dialogue that is so witty and biting. Pritchett's writing is just my thing.
