Loved it! It's like Ocean's Eleven in a fantasy setting

A brotherhood of thieves who care more for each other than the money they steal. Despite the atrocious language and a few intensely violent scenes, I couldn't help loving this book. Probably 4.5 stars if they'd give us the option.

This book was on my e-reader for a long time. I'm glad I finally got to it, but it just wasn't for me.

There were some funny and clever moments. But overall, I did not enjoy the magic system, which was too soft for my tastes, and I didn't enjoy the world the book was set it.
I was intrigued enough to keep on reading, and I did have some fun. But I won't be reading on in the series.

Also, I am not a fan of midieval-ish fantasy. And what was up with the language? Italian-ish? Not my style at all. I think this book is for the boyzzz...

As a sidenote... I don't like that the word 'c*cksucker' was used a few times. Seems to me like an unneccesary homofobic slur.
