I ate this book alive and enjoyed every single second.

Ashley Poston has honestly never disappointed me. I LIVE for her books.

The way grief was portrayed in this book was so REAL and RAW and GENUINE to me. And it came at a time when it really resonated with me.

My only SLIGHT critique is I predicted the big twist, but I don’t think most people would! So take that lightly.

The character relationships are very well written. they are complex and interesting and really contribute to the story!

THIS BOOK HAS THE SLOWEST BURN IN THE WORLD. And there is a scene that had me DROOLING and  they didn’t even DO IT during the scene. It was immaculate. BARK BARK someone show that scene to my husband.

3.75 almost 4 stars. I thought the storyline was kinda dumb she literally falls in love with a ghost but the message about death was really sweet and the ending made it a lot better

This book was not it for me. I felt like everything was kind of rushed, and the progression of their relationship felt weird/unnatural. I also felt like her grief was just weirdly intertwined with the loss of her dad, and it didn't work for me.

Full of autumnal vibes, loved the romance, and it has that happily ever after.

This book was a shot of hope. The concept was amazing. I did manage to figure out the plot twist, but it was still very enjoyable. I adored the characters, teh fmcs chaos and the sterness of the mmc. The secondary characters were also amazing and fleshed out. The humour was so corny, but that's what made it amazing. That ending felt like a warm hug

DID NOT FINISH: 10%

was bored and it cringed me out and the “plot” was not plotting enough for me
