I like the slight supernatural tinges to all of this authors books. It keeps the plot new and exciting. My friend and I were vaguely confused on how the ghost smut would turn out, and I would like to say, we do not have very good imaginations. We did not look very far into our brains, because the scenes made complete sense. Tastefully done, not too scandalous. The romance as a whole was very cute and wholesome. Very much so enjoyed this book.

I should never doubt that Ashley Poston will make me believe that magic is real. This book so sensitively handles topics like grief, loneliness, and worth, all while giving you a fun and swoon worthy love story. Poston also nails the eldest daughter struggles- 100%. Loved this one and can’t wait to read her next!

My favorite Ashley Poston that was just as good as a reread as the first time.
I loved the characters and scenario of a family funeral home. The romance was definitely a little fast (who says I love you after one week?) but I enjoy the characters enough where it doesn’t bother me too much.

this was probably one of the most unique books i’ve ever read. def unpredictable & at times, a little confusing. the fmc annoyed me so but only for doing small dumb things. i was scared for the ending but ended up enjoying the full circle moment. love love love that he saw ghosts too.
