I loved the beginning. Completely gripping! I lost my taste for it about 75% through and disliked the last few chapter. There’s so much to love but I didn’t think the resolution made sense. Plot hole gaps really bother me. Overall I loved the characters and concept but had serious problems with the last bits.

This was exceptional! It truly took me on a journey that was enlightening and tumultuous. At points I didn’t know what I wanted to happen. I saw the truth before the reveal which made me feel smart! This was such an excellent read! Highly recommend!

4.5. My fave of JP's books since Small Great Things. I've been a little disenchanted with other books in which I've felt she hasn't walked the line of being educational/heartfelt vs too preachy. No spoilers, but her co-author approach to Mad Honey definitely tipped the scales in the right direction for me. Approach this one with an open mind, and you'll come out the other side better for it.
