Published during Occupy Wall Street, Frank titles her book about the 1937 Woolworth's Sit-Down with the headline she believed the strikers deserved. With great humor, narrative skill, and attention to the racial and gender politics of labor organizing Frank details a single moment in labor history to demonstrate what can be gained through solidarity and organizing for the readers of today (who face many of the same problems with chain stores, wealth disparity and capitalism).
