If this book didn't make you cry, you should get your heart checked. I want to go hug my mom now.

One of the most beautiful and funny (?) graphic memoirs. For anyone who has lost a parent, this book is for you. It’s also for those who know someone who’s lost a parent - a lesson in what to do to comfort your friend, but most importantly, what NOT to do.

For someone who list their mom and best friend in their 20s suddenly to cancer, it's nice to know you're not alone.

I really enjoyed this! Yes, it was sad because the whole book is about the death of her mom, but she used humor in a very tasteful, creative way. Highly recommend!

Feder created a beautiful tribute to her mom and also to the grief of losing a parent. If you are part of the dead parent club, you get it. Grief is incredibly messy, so it's comforting to know you are not the only person who has ever felt this way.
