Absolutely exquisite book. I picked it up because I want to go to an event next month where this author and two others will be speaking. I learned a tremendous amount about JFK’s life from reading this, things I probably should have known but sadly didn’t. Jackie’s (fictional) perspective is emotionally riveting. It’s a long book but well worth the read.

I’m fascinated by Jackie Kennedy and this, while HF, took you right into her mind. It was very sympathetic towards Jackie and touched heavily on her grace, eloquence, and strength. It took me a while to get into and used to the writing style and artistic choices, but that was more because it was a mood read that I just wasn’t in the mindset for.

A delightfully written piece of historical fiction that successfully unveils the possible essence of Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis. Perfect!

I am in awe of Dawn Tripp’s talent. This novel is exquisite, emotional, and raw. It digs deep into soul connections and the unspoken words which should always be uttered, in my opinion.

Dawn, I find you brave to tell this story of a woman who was in the public eye for years. The public eye that only skimmed the surface of who she truly was. A woman so private but yet you were so brave to bring her into the light with grace and I believe, accuracy, due to your research.

I will just sit with this for now and perhaps go back to Tripp’s delicately written words, to savor every moment. I have more to say, but will not spoil.

A true masterpiece. My favorite book of the year!!!!!
