Riley Sager pulls me into the story every time. Even when I know past story lines have explainable truths and the “paranormal” tend to have real life conclusions, I still fall for the “what if”? In this story, what if Billy
has found a way to point to his missing body (and his murderer) 30 years later after he’s taken from his best friends backyard on a cul-de-sac where all the neighbors are the same and any one of them is a suspect, even Billy’s family! I liked it!!
