Kanata Konami's "Chi's Sweet Home, Volume 1" is and was too adorable for words, but adorable enough make one smile while reading each page! While clearly aimed audiences who are on the cusp of broadening from the basic "Dick and Jane" style of books to something with a tad more depth and plot, aka those new to the art of reading or the ability to read, everyone will find the cute heroine (Chi) to be enjoyable, and her hi-jinks forgivable.
It will be fun to see what is in store for our little friend, and her new family, as the series continues!

A perfect little introduction to the adorable little Chi! Can’t wait to continue on with this manga series- I know it’ll be a blast.
This is much too saccharine for me. The drawings are cute, and I can completely see why children would like this. I just can't keep going though. Dozens of pages of a kitten figuring out the litter box is just not entertainment for me.

I don't think the storyline or the illustration deserve a 4-star rating but it was just so cute it put a smile on my face and that's all I asked for. :)
