it’s an odd one. the writing style was compelling and unique, but the story was a bit on the dull side and the characters were not exactly redeeming.

Witty and irreverent and messy. The author’s voice is sharp and interesting- it was a quick and entertaining read. I could see familiar characteristics in both sisters, and the insights to our modern day relationship to technology and information and politics and influencer culture (and the effect the constant deluge of it all has on our psyche) was poignant in a way I haven’t read before in a book.
