read a review that this book was like if you had Hannah from GIRLS as a sister and that was so accurate lol

Just like an episode of Seinfeld, this book is also about nothing. However, unlike Seinfeld, none of the characters are likeable, the story isn't interesting, and it kept me wondering why this book was even recommended to me as something worth reading. I gave it 1 star, and finished it, because I was desperately hoping the characters would learn, grow or even just die to make it something I could be proud I spent my time finishing. But alas, it ends as it began, with nothing.

I really wanted to love this book and I read it fairly quickly which is usually a good sign. I didn’t laugh once. It’s not funny. And Jules… holy shit she really went above and beyond as the unlikeable main character. I know, I know that’s the point but she wasn’t even relatable. Ugh
