this book was honestly one of the funnier fantasy reads. it had the most incredible sexual tension weaved through it but also really endearing moments between the characters that made my heart swell. i found it more difficult to engage with and enjoy consistently, i took several breaks between but xaden always had me coming back!

Oh my god, I want book 2 and I want it now!

First of all, an adult spicy how to train your dragon? Sold.

Fully developed, well-rounded characters? Absolutely.

Semi-predictable plot but still worth reading? Definitely.

It was a good read if you enjoy Wattpad romances. There was not a lot of world-building or history. It's a good basic beginner fantasy book.

I absolutely love this book. If you like books that has dragons, magic, mystery, romance, enemies-to-lovers, heroine which is almost always underestimated because of how her body is “weaker” than others but doesn’t give up… this is the book for you. Also if you are a fan of the Divergent series and Hunger Games, this is kind of a mix between the two but with DRAGONS AMD MAGIC. I have read it 4 times in 2 months and I love it. There is also a “spoiler alert” CLIFFHANGER ENDING!!! Who doesn’t like a cliffhanger ending the first book in a series

Fourth Wing was a good book. I found the writing to be somewhat basic for fantasy. It was frustraiting at times when the author told us something instead of showing us, if that makes sense. It had moments that made me annoyed with how often something was repeated. In the end I was pleased enough in the writing to look forward to the next book.
