There were certain elements of the story that I wish were fleshed out a little more, or that I wish weren’t so directly implied, but I really enjoyed it. It was written kinda like a tv finale, and it was fun seeing that play out in my head.

When I read fantasy books, I sometimes get really anxious when I can't remember all the world-building details. I couldn't tell you a single thing about this universe or the characters, and not a single part of me was anxious about that.

You should read this series if you are looking for a beautifully messy story with enemies to lovers and an intriguing magic system. This book is a good progression from the second book and keeps good/logical characterization. It also gives us a chance to see the characters develop and mature. Also I love getting to see more about Harun. He is almost perfect.

WOW. I'm actually kind of sad this series ended, but the ending was so good and heart warming. I laughed, smiled, and almost cried throughout this book and I wish i could go back in time and read it again. Ugh. 4.5/5⭐️
