I've been reading more books about Palestinian history to establish foundational knowledge in relation to what's happening now. I think those on a similar journey and picking up this book will likely learn something new; however, if you've read other books in this vein, this likely will not be anything groundbreaking or new.

I appreciate attempting to make this information more digestible by breaking it into ten concepts/myths/sections of history. However, I felt like the presentation was too dense and unclear.

If you are interested in learning about the history between Palestine and Israel and understanding how we got to where we are today- this is the book you need to read. 

Ilan Pappé, as an Israeli Jew, offers a well substantiated argument that disproves many of the claims Israel has made to justify the genocide they are committing against the people of Palestine, while still offering a ‘neutral’ perspective.
