This is most definitely my favourite of the series. I just couldn't stop reading!

S/O to Kenji who made me lol quite a bit. He is just the bestest friend and I need him in my life.
Adam is kind of a douche and a tiny girl bitch.. 'Nuff said.
Warner tho.. He just made my heart melt. The way he is towards Juliette is so sweet! He's tough to the rest of the world but for her he's super soft. Also, everytime he calls her Love I just swoon. Am I the only person who heard Warners voice with a British accent?

And then we get to Juliette.
Her character development tho.. It is just way up there! She went from a scared and scarred little girl to a sassy and strong young woman like 'Yoncé taught her! And it happens gradually over the three books but her badassness is definitely on fleek in this book.

I enjoyed this book so much. The level of action was just right, the romance was right, Adam did make my blood boil but that didn't take anything away.
The ending was very abrupt though and I was left with some questions. I need an epilogue as I am sure more people feel this way. But still this book was so good and I definitely recommend it!

Best book in the series so far. Loved how the plot was there more and we got to learn about Juliette’s powers. She really came out of her shell in this book by which I liked.

Aaron is amazing! Top tier man. Worries about Juliette but lets her make her own decisions and respects her. The bar is so low for men but this is so good.

Adam is a whiny little bitch filled with toxic masculinity. Hated him and wanted to punch him so many times. He is 100% going to betray them at some point to try and save James or just avoid conflict all together.
