Wake up, besties, because I am OBSESSED with Amy Lea. I have really enjoyed the Influencer Series, but I LOVE her other books. This one was my favorite so far. The magical realism, the pining, the wondering if each other remembers what happened. Every second of this book had me so hooked & rooting for JT and Char, & also had so many real truths about life in high school compared to life at 30.

this was such a cute and quick read! i really enjoyed charlotte’s journey. she was very relatable, the romance was super sweet, and i love how the story played out. i didn’t connect as much with the supporting characters (maybe i’m outgrowing teen drama?) as the writing did skew on the younger side, and the pop culture references weren’t for me (they just really date the book), but overall, i had a blast!

last book of the year, looking forward to what 2024 will bring :)
